Heimel Sports is proud to announce the first annual Spring Power Skating Camp to be held March 18-21, 2019. The camp will feature the use of lightning cords which are part of the Speedster Training System. (www.speedster.com). The cords are designed to help players build up the fast twitch muscle fibers necessary for explosive skating. This is accomplished through the use of both resistance and overspeed training. Both will be worked on throughout the duration of the camp. The camp will divided into two different age groups. Under 12 and 12 and over. Players will be separated according to their size and skill level in an effort to ensure proper development. Session 1 (Under 12) will run from 5:15-6:15 and session 2 (12 and Over) will run from 6:30-7:30
Price for early registration (Registrations received prior to March 1st) will be $125
Price for after early registration period (after March 1, 2019) will be $150
All campers will receive a camp jersey. Please indicate your jersey size in the registration form.
