AAA Hockey Showdown

Heimel Sports will be fielding both a U18 (2000/2001) and a U16 (2002/2003) team in the 2019 AAA Hockey Showdown. The tournament is held in the Twin Cities Metro area and will be played at 3 different facilities.
The rinks are:
- New Hope Arena
- Schwan Super Rink
- Braemar Ice Arena
Players will be guaranteed 1 practice and 4 games with the possibility for a 5th based on team peformance. Final schedules will be available approx. 2 weeks prior to the tournament start date. The tournament is played from Thursday June 6th to Sunday June 9th. Players for our team will need to arrive into Minneapolis by 6PM Thursday evening June 6th. We will be holding a team meeting as well as holding a practice sometime Thursday after 6PM. Game play will start on Friday.
The best travel option by air is Minneapolis- St. Paul International airport. The airport is conveniently located near the venues the tournament will be held at.

The cost of the tournament is $325 per player and registration can be found
at the link below: Players who register prior to May 1st will receive an early registration of $300 rather than $325.
